Greek Sandwich

What to have:

2 Avocado, 150g Feta (preferred with some chilli in it) 1dl Milk, half Baguette, some cherry tomatos, Garlic, Olive Oil

2 Pers.

How to prepare

You start by mixing the Feta and the Milk together, until it becomes a bit liquid, not too much otherwise it runes over the Sandwich. Then you take the Avocado and make it to a paste, add some Vegeta or Salt. Preheat the stove to medium heat with some Olive Oil in the Pan. Cut the Baguette in 6-8 pieces and put them on the pan, until they get a bit crispy on both sides. Take the bread out and sweep some Garlic on both sides. Add the Avocado cream on and then the Feta cream on top. decorate it with some cherry Tomatoes or Ham. Done!

Summer Sandwich

What to have:

1 Baguette, Ham, Pesto, Buffalo Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatos

Hot to prepare

Put a some Olive Oil in a medium heated stow. Cut the Baguette in the sizes you like. Fry the bread on both sides. When bread is crispy, add some pesto on top and some buffalo mozzarella. Add the ham on top and cherry tomatoes. Done!
